We ship all perishable orders via FedEx Express or UPS using insulated packaging and cold packs designed to maintain safe temperatures during transit.

All orders are prepared fresh and follow our structured weekly shipping schedule to ensure product quality.

Perischable Shipping Schedule Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST ship the same week according to the schedule below: •

Order by Monday at 12 PM → Estimated arrival Wednesday 

Order by Tuesday at 12 PM → Estimated arrival Thursday 

Order by Wednesday at 3 PM → Estimated arrival Friday

Orders placed after3 PM on Wednesday will ship the following Monday to maintain cold‑chain integrity. We do not ship perishable items over weekends or holidays. 

If you have a special shipping request or need a delivery outside our standard schedule, please contact us at info@cuterieandcosnackery.com or call us @ 336-799- 8238 before placing your order. We’re happy to review your request and confirm what is safely possible based on your destination and FedEx Express availability.

Tracking & Notifications Once your package is scanned by FedEx, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. Delivery timelines depend on the destination and FedEx service availability. Delivery Responsibility Because our products are perishable, it is important that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. 

Cuterie & Co. is not responsible for: • Missed deliveries • Incorrect or incomplete addresses • Delivery delays caused by FedEx, weather, or high‑volume seasons • Packages left unattended after delivery We strongly recommend shipping to an address where the package can be received promptly. All Sales Are Final Due to the perishable nature of our products.

Damage or Order Concerns If your order arrives with any concern, please contact us within **24 hours** of delivery with: • Your order number • Clear photos of the product • Photos of the packaging and shipping label This allows us to review the issue with care and assist you quickly.

Non-perishable/gift line - Shipping Rates  free shipping 3-5 business days on most gift orders to keep checkout simple.  We do offer priority shipping and the charges will display if you need your package prior then our free shipping.  Oversized or unusually heavy items will require an adjusted shipping rate to ensure safe delivery. If an adjustment is needed, we will contact you before your order ships in case the shipping cost is greater. We never modify charges without your approval. Holiday & Peak Season Notes During holidays or extreme weather, we may adjust shipping days or upgrade shipping speed to protect product quality. These adjustments may affect shipping rates.

Non‑perishable gift items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.  
To begin a return, please email us at info@cuterieandcosnackery.com with:

• Your order number  
• Date of purchase  
• The item you wish to return  
• A brief description of the reason for the return  

Once we receive your request, we will review the request and provide return instructions.  
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
