Ordering & Processing
How long does it take to prepare my order?
All perishable items are prepared fresh. Orders placed by Wednesday at 3 PM EST ship the same week. Orders placed after that cutoff ship the following week.

Shipping Basics
How do you ship perishable items?
We ship via FedEx Express using insulated packaging and cold packs. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy in the footer.
Do you ship on Thursdays?
We ship Monday–Wednesday. Thursday shipping is available only for orders that qualify for guaranteed Friday delivery. If you have a special request, please contact us before placing your order.

Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your package is scanned by FedEx, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Gluten‑Free Options
Can your boards be made gluten‑free?
Yes. All of our boards can be prepared using gluten‑free ingredients upon request. While we carefully select gluten‑free products, all items are prepared in a shared kitchen environment.

Pork‑Free Options
Can your boards be made pork‑free?
Yes. All boards can be made pork‑free upon request. We substitute alternative meats and ingredients to maintain the same delicious variety and presentation. A small additional cost may apply for pork‑free substitutions.

Gift Orders
Do you offer gift wrapping for hosting gifts?
Yes. Gift wrapping is available and complimentary for orders over $50.
Can I include a gift message?
Absolutely. You can include a personalized message at checkout, and we will add it to your gift.

Gift Returns
Can gift items be returned?
Non‑perishable gift items may be returned within 30 days. To start a return, email us at info@cuterieandcosnackery.com with your order number, date of purchase, and reason for the return. A flat $12 return shipping fee applies unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Ingredients & Allergens
Where can I find ingredient and allergen information?
Ingredients and allergens are listed on each product page. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so cross‑contamination cannot be guaranteed.

Order Issues
What if my order arrives damaged?
For perishable orders, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue with care.

Gift items please contact us within 24 hours with product details and shipping label so we can review.
