Refund policy

We offer a 30‑day return window for all non‑food items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
•     Unused
•     In the same condition in which it was received
•     In its original packaging
•     Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@cuterieandcosnackery.com with:
•     Your order number
•     Date of purchase
•     The item you wish to return
•     Reason for the return
Once your return is approved, we will send a prepaid return label and instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
•     Perishable items (charcuterie boards and all food products)
•     Sale items
•     Gift cards

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
